電影新銳導演村井俊男（柳憂凌 飾）埋首準備第一次的導演作品。在第八攝影棚，電影布景搭好了，黑川瞳（白島靖代 飾）和新人村上沙織（石橋桂 飾）二位女演員正在試鏡和彩排。
某天晚上，工作人員正在試映室看試鏡的帶子，突然間影像重疊，出現了完全不同的畫面。看似陳年老片的畫面中出 現了 一位女演員，但是在畫面后方隱約可見另一名女子站在那里。本以為這是用剩不合規格的底片，但實際上好像是未拍攝完成的電影所留下來的；村井對此十分在意，因為兒提時代他依悉曾在電視上看過......
